Photobiostimulation: Advanced Pain Relief

Deep Tissue Laser Therapy™ is an innovative, scientifically based, FDA approved therapeutic modality. This technology offers advanced pain relief and expedited healing times through a process known as photo-biostimulation or photo-biomodulation.

Deep tissue penetration significantly increases the body’s cellular production of ATP (Adenosine-triphosphate) to reduce inflammation and heal the inflamed area.

Lasers using near infrared light spectrum from 650 to 1,300 nanometers can penetrate to deep tissue structures for maximum absorption. Our laser can be used by touching the skin directly, or in cases where there is considerable pain, can deliver the laser therapy without contacting the sensitive area.

It’s All About Healing the Cells

The laser works by flooding the tissues with photons. These photons energize damaged cells, increasing circulation and promoting a cascade of healing responses that breaks the cycle of inflammation. This leads to reduction or elimination of your pain. The residual effect continues to soothe and heal after you leave the office.

Why Not Get the Same Treatment Elite Athletes Use?

Drug-free pain relief is the goal for most of us. Elite athletes rely on non-invasive laser therapy to get them back into action as quickly as possible. Most professional sports teams provide laser treatments to their athletes, even when they don’t have a serious injury, to reduce muscle and joint inflammation from overuse to maintain optimum performance.

Five to ten brief treatments with the powerful laser is all it normally takes to realize life changing results. Patients who have suffered with painful conditions for years are delighted to regain an active lifestyle.

Deep Tissue Laser is often paired with Nerve Root Sedation, Neuromuscular Re-education and/or Regenerative Medicine.
